DRUM RIFF Privacy Policy

hiroyuki sadamatsu（屋号：Pin Games） (the "Operator") sets out this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") describing how user information is handled in the iPhone and iPad application "DRUM RIFF" (the "App").

1. Basic Policy

The App does not require account registration. It does not include tracking mechanisms, advertising delivery, or analytics SDKs, and does not display ads.

2. Information Stored Only On Your Device

Except for information you voluntarily share when contacting us, the following information is stored only on your device and is never sent to the Operator's servers. It is deleted when you delete the corresponding song or the App itself.

• Song data (titles, chart data, and BPM)
• Timing calibration values
• App settings

3. Feedback and Bug Reports

Contact forms are hosted by Google Forms. Opening a form from the App sends the app version and build number, iOS version, device model code, input mode, and app language to Google as part of the URL. The App does not include your device name, device identifiers, location, song titles, or imported file names.

You can review, change, or remove the prefilled technical details in the form. When you submit a response, the Operator receives your message, optional reply email address, and any technical details you leave in the form, and uses them to investigate bugs, improve the App, and reply where needed. A reply email address is optional, and signing in to a Google Account is not required.

Information handled when you access Google Forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Please do not include personal information such as your name, address, or passwords in your message.

4. Microphone

The microphone is used only in the timing adjustment screen, to hear how the click sounds. Audio is processed entirely on-device and is never recorded or transmitted.

5. Children

The App is not directed to any particular age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

The Operator takes reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled. Note that most user information handled by the App is stored only on your device and is never sent to the Operator's servers.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may change this Policy without individually notifying users, where the Operator considers it necessary. The revised Policy takes effect once announced within the App or by another method the Operator determines.

In-App Purchases

Song slot purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit. Apple handles payment information; the Operator does not receive card details. The App uses purchase information verified by Apple to determine storage capacity and does not send it to the Operator’s servers.
